VDA registration changes when user is connecting

Vmm License

I have the following issue with XenDesktop 5.5 and VDA 5.5 on Windows 7 clients:

- the VDI has a status 'READY' in DestopDirector.

- registration with DDC's are correct, no issues to find

- when a user is connection with the VDA, the status change to 'Unregistered'. The user receives a time out after a few seconds.

- in the eventviewer there is an error 1015 for the Citrix Desktop Service:

The Citrix Desktop Service's connection to the Citrix Desktop Delivery Controller Service was terminated. The Citrix Desktop Delivery Controller Service is running on server '<servername>'.
Check that there is no active firewall blocking the controller communicating with this machine.
Please refer to Citrix Knowledge Base article CTX117248 for further information.
Error details:
Keep-alive request was rejected.

All the steps in CTX117248 are verified. No solution for the problem.

I used XDping. No errors found.

I found article CTX121683. Also no solution for the problem.

I enabled the VDA logging. No errors found until the user is connecting to the VDI:

Error occurred when attempting to connect to endpoint at address <SERVERADDRESS> binding WsHttpBindingIDynamicDataSinkEndpoint and contract Citrix.Cds.Protocol.Controller.IDynamicDataSink: System.ServiceModel.Security.SecurityNegotiationException:
... ---> System.ServiceModel.FaultException:
The request for security token could not be satisfied because authentication failed.
System.ServiceModel.Security.SecurityUtils.ThrowIfNegotiationFault(Message message, EndpointAddress target)
System.ServiceModel.Security.SspiNegotiationTokenProvider.GetNextOutgoingMessageBody(Message incomingMessage, SspiNegotiationTokenProviderState sspiState)

Does anyone have an idea to solve this issue?

Thanks for the help.
