XenDesktop Download: Despite an account, no download possible. requires additional permission

Hello folks,


I got this message after registration:


This download is locked

Sorry, the item you are trying to access is restricted and requires additional permissions.

For further assistance, please contact Customer Service.


It is not possible to reach anyone from Customer Service to get the permissions do make a download. It is not possible via telephone and not via email? Do you know how I can get the permissions. It make no sense to create an account to download test software and the permissions are missing in the account!!

In my account it is written that I have permissions.
