CVAD, on-premises farms and changes to licensing

Hello,

could you please provide a FAQ for technical people, as in admins running Citrix Platforms ?
There's lots of executive-level marketing talk out right now, yet zero facts and actual insight into what's to come for people who actually ... run CVAD software/infrastructure.
I just need facts that I can use to plan and implement our company IT.

I'd like to get some specific explanations about:
- how will licensing work (is it pay per use per user per second of running session or whatever)
- what's to happen to concurrent user and user/device licensing
- how will license usage get calculated
- what timeframes are used for these licenses
- prices for that new thing
- can we continue to run CVAD on-premises for 5+ years ?
- will we get forced into Citrix Cloud even more, or does that stop at the license server connections we already had to establish ?
- can we just ignore all that new stuff and still deliver Apps/Desktops to our users for 5+ years ?
