	I want to make 2(!) changes:
</p>

<p>
	1. Set the Storefront-Link beforehand
</p>

<p>
	2. Set the Setting "Enable HTTP Proxy" to "false"
</p>

<p>
	The Storefront-Link is no Problem.
</p>

<p>
	But i can't seem to set any of the Settings.
</p>

<p>
	Am I doing something wrong?
</p>

<p>
	Has anyone had the same problems?
</p>

	The touchpad doesn’t work on the new Magic Keyboard on the 2024 iPad Pro M4 in normal full screen mode.<br />
	It vaguely works sometimes in split screen or Stage Manager, but intermittently.<br />
	Hopefully this will be fixed soon as almost useless with no touchpad/mouse control.<br />
	<br />
	External bluetooth mice do work, but having that defeats the reason for having the Magic Keyboard.

	This seems to work. The device gets the right settings (store url), but every time I log in I get a pop-up saying:  "Store- Reconfiguration" You administrator has configured a new store. You existing store and all data and settings will be deleted".

It would be fantastic if you could update the Workspace app to support the built-in CryptoTokenKit to allow more widespread smart card use.

	Our users can no longer enable the mouse and pointer in the Citrix Workspace app (iOS) when an external keyboard is connected to the iPad.

	Right-click cannot be used via the trackpad of the external keyboard.

	This was noticed on an iPad Air 4th Gen with the keyboard Folio Touch from Logitech, iPadOS 15.6.1 or 15.7 and the Citrix Workspace App 22.9.5.

	The same behavior could be observed on an iPad Air 3rd Gen with an external keyboard connected.

	None of our users in our entire org have been able to use Citrix Workspace app on their iOS devices (we do not support Android) while off of the wifi signal here at the building.  If they're here, and their phone is connected to company wifi, it works seamlessly.  When offsite, users click an application and it will crash immediately.  This is very basic information, but curious if anyone has seen this before?

	We are seeing this error across multiple BYOD iPad devices across our organisation. I am Tech Support for these users. I've established I can clear the error by signing out/in, but then any app that is launched from the Store doesn't display/render properly. Lots of pixelation effect and random characters. Thereafter, the error occurs and no app can be used.
</p>

	Windows devices seem to work fine, as does Workspace via web browser (all platforms).
</p>

	For info my iPad currently uses iOS 15.5 and Workspace v2205.

	With iPadOS 16 (public beta, release 3) comes the feature to extend screen by external monitors.

	Using a Dell via USB-C/DVI-box the mirroring works properly as before in iPadOS 15.5 with automatic changing the resolution to external monitors settings.
</p>

<p>
	But switching to extended screen configuration and moving the running Citrix Workspace App to the external screen, causes a white screen similar to the home screen of Workspace App with no appliance icon on it.
</p>

<p>
	After shutting down Workspace App, switch back to mirroring and restart Workspace App all works fine again.
</p>

	I recently checked my 11 inch, 3rd Generation iPad Pro remaining storage and was surprised to see that Citrix Workspace app was listed as taking up the highest amount of memory of my device! The iPad storage settings showed that the Citrix Workspace app had been apparently saving debugging files (with extension .trc) on my iPad for at least the last 6 months and some of these .trc files were for some reason &gt; 1GB in size. I deleted all of them but one so I could show the forum users (attached). I don’t understand why such files would be so large and wondered if anyone knew if there is a way to stop the Citrix Workspace app from auto saving those files on the iPad?

	In addition, even after I deleted all but one of the .trc files, the iPad storage settings indicated that the Citrix app still was using &gt;60 GB (not a typo) of space for its documents despite my not saving any documents in the Citrix file folder of my iPad (that is why I use Citrix virtually— so that I don’t store anything on my iPad). Perhaps it is a bug in the iPad storage settings function, but if not, I’d like to know why the Citrix app is storing &gt;60 GB of data on my iPad, and if I can stop it from doing that (screen shot attached).

	I am trying to get the Citrix on-screen keyboard to display while a bluetooth barcode scanner is paired with an iPad.

	Selecting "Keyboard" from the Citrix menu brings the entire keyboard when <u><em><strong>no</strong></em></u> device is connected, but when the bluetooth barcode scanner <u><strong><em>is</em></strong></u> connected only the very top bar that has the Extended Keys appears.
</p>

<p>
	Any ideas on how to get the keyboard to appear while the barcode scanner is also connected?
</p>

<p>
	My only solution right now is keep turning off and on the barcode just to type a few numbers in between scans.
</p>

	I have been using my iPad Pro 1st gen with Citrix workspace and a 4k usb-c monitor. It works great thanks to the updates in 2020 which added support for native resolution on a external monitor.

	Using the same settings and app versions I logged on using the iPad mini 6, but Workspace only displayed the same resolution as the iPad mini and not the higher native resolution of the monitor.

	Is this a limitation of the iPad mini 6 or does Workspace require an update to support the latest iPad mini?
