Workspace app for Android

Hi, one of our suppliers wants to publish a Citrix app that will run on barcode readers that use Android. The readers have a 4.3" wvga display. If the supplier tries to access the published application using rdp and setting a resolution of 600x1000 on rdp client (see attachment) everything works fine, if instead I try to connect with the latest version of workspace for Android app the application is not completely displayed, even though I have already tried to change all the screen settings in workspace app but it doesn't seem to work. I wanted to understand if it was possible to replicate the custom resolution that I use in RDP client also in the Citrix workspace app.

When the user logs into the Workspace app or logs in via a web browser on the phone, he's able to log in successfully, but cannot launch any apps or desktops. It does download the .ica file, but then the Workspace app crashes when attempting to use the .ica file. 1. Steps taken to troubleshoot: Cleared Manage Space and Clear Cache under Storage>Apps 2. We have a Citrix Virtual App platform running on both Windows Server 2012R2 and Windows Server 2016, providing applications to mobile devices, including Android tablets. We are encountering an issue specifically with Windows Server 2012R2, where Citrix Workspace does not display the 'App Switch' option. Observed that if aan Android 11 Mobile say like Zebra CC6600 has a USB connected pr BT connected scanner, the Cirtix workspace keyboard does not open. Any resolution for this. Workspace version is 22.9

Hello, I tried to download the workspace apk, but with the download page the link to the file does not work https://www.citrix.com/de-de/downloads/workspace-app/android/workspace-app-for-android.html with both 22.6.5 downloads the page I get redirected to shows: "not found" Does someone know a download destination (beside play store) or does someone know if there is a change ongoing and the path will be fixed soon? None of my Android or iOS devices will connect to the server. My Windows Workspace app connects without issue. I just upgraded to Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 2203 LTSR and all clients(Windows, Android and iOS) were able to connect without issue prior to upgrade. Running a samsung S21 ultra (also an issue with S10) latest version of Citrix workspace for android running in DeX mode. Add in the Store address and navigate the 'login' screen is white or display is cut off with a white section. Same issue if using different default browsers (Edge, chrome). Removed the browsers and the login screen displays correctly. Have a new tablet running android 11 that I use as a secondary work device. Downloaded the most recent version of Citrix Workspace from Google Play and am able to get into my company's storefront, but it appears that some apps (most notably MS Teams) are not fully closing upon signout. Am running Android OS 4.4.2 with Citrix Receiver 3.11. There is a device id that is created in the device that the backend captures. Is the Id created by the CR app or by the device. How do we trim that Id to less than 15 char.? Dear All, I have the Citrix Workspace 22.2.0 for Android. When i first login on Internal network and type the domain credentials, it works well. But when i login again, it show the error message "Citrix Workspace could not verify server or email address, Error code 437" Re-create profile on App only fixed the problem for first login, then contact only external Default Gateway which is not accessible from the internal network. Hello In our environment, we have since the beginning of September the following message sometimes appering: Thinwire unknow command:0xff, previous=0xc2 We have our VDA, NetScaler and Delivery Controller on the newest Version. Before it worked over month, without these message. We can't really find any Logs to it, neither in the Win Event Viewer nor in the Citrix Logs. This error appears only on Andorid Devices, Windows Computers on the same Terminal Servers work without this error. The Workspace App on the Android devices are 20.9.5. Any advice or similar experience to this?

Hi, We are using Citrix Workspace app for ChromeOS on a managed Chromebook. Local printers do show up and work in Windows, however network printers do not. I can't find anything related to this, does it work, and if so, what configuration should I apply? Regards, Jasper

In our environment we deploy our mobile devices with VMware hub. Is there a way to provide / deploy the following flags "Client-IME" and "keyboard sync" in the Workspace App on Android? Is there any option to send a configuration file with the installation on Android Devices? We don't use MDM.

I was using Workspace app 20.10 on my Work Profile on Android 10 to take over a virtual desktop. After updating to version 20.11 I can no longer user Workspace app. It gives an error upon opening: The Work profile was created upon enrolling the device in intune. I'm definately not going to remove it as there are other applications in there. Is this a known issue in version 20.11? How to fix or work around it? I didn't find a way to add a storefront url ... Hi, My Android 10 device using Work Profile was enrolled through intune. I installed the Citrix Workspace app through the Managed Play Store. Now I would like to preset the storefront url's using policies in intune. Can anyone tell me how I can do this? Thanks

Is it possible to configure the Android receiver via MDM? Ideally we wish to be able to block end users from being able to adjust anything ie store URL, smart card authentication etc. Is this possible?
