Thanks for the info but wouldn't it be more appropriate in the Communities Forum where customers seeking technical assistance can find it? Otherwise, I guess I'm confused as to what this Technical Support Mgmt Team Blog-site is supposed to be for. In fact, why not just make a separate Technical Support Mgmt Forum instead of this blog? You might get more participation/feedback there.
