Remove references to "http" or "https" from all responses

Description

Remove references to the HTTP or HTTPs protocol from all responses so that if the user's connection is HTTP, the link is opened using HTTP. If the user's connection is HTTPS, the link opens using HTTPS.

1. Create the rewrite action.

2. Create a rewrite policy to apply the action to all HTTP responses.

add rewrite policy remove_http_https true remove_http_https

3. Bind the policy to a virtual server (could bind it globally). The following is 9.0 syntax:

bind lb vserver test_vsvr -policyName remove_http_https -priority 20 -gotoPriorityExpression NEXT -type RESPONSE

   The following is pre-9.0 syntax:

bind lb vserver test_vsvr -policyName remove_http_https -priority 20 -type RESPONSE
