VM Shutdown hangs?

Problem: User initiates VM shutdown from XenCenter/CLI. VM goes into "yellow" state and seems to be stuck there. "Force" shutdown/reboot options are disabled at this point

Solution: Cancel the task in XenCenter. Alternately, on the CLI do "xe task-list", find the task, and do "xe task-cancel"
