 Most people in Citrix know me by my English name Ray Yang. For technical reasons, this blog site insists of using my official name Ruiguo Yang.
  
 If you can read Chinese, my Chinese name is 杨瑞国.
  
  I've been with Citrix for over 10 years now. I am currently a technology evangelist/researcher in solution development group. In this role I help building Citrix community,researching new technology/ideas and doing business development.  Prior to this role, I was a senior developer in product development group. The products I've worked on include [XenApp (AKA Metaframe, Presentation Server)|http://www.citrix.com/english/ps2/products/product.asp?contentid=186], MSAM ( Metaframe Secure Access Manager, enterprise portal product), [Advanced Access Control ( part of Access Gateway product) |http://www.citrix.com/English/PS2/products/product.asp?contentID=15005], [Citrix Secure Gateway (SSL VPN product)|http://www.citrix.com/English/PS2/products/product.asp?contentID=15005], [Password Manager( Enterprise Single Sign on product)|http://www.citrix.com/english/ps2/products/product.asp?contentID=7181]. I was part of a group that created an enhanced version of ICA protocol and received a patent for part of the work.
  
 I also worked in life cycle maintenance group help fixing difficult customer issues. It gives me some helpful perspectives to the issues customers are facing.
