  {color:#000000}Elisabeth is a Principal Product Specialist within the Worldwide Technical Readiness group and has been a Citrix employee since 2000. Before joining the Worldwide Technical Readiness Group, she worked in Technical Support as a team lead for the XenApp group for North America and Latin America. Currently she is focused on the Technical Readiness aspects of Provisioning Services and the integration of it into XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix Essentials. Elisabeth participated in early stages of Provisioning Services implementations at customers to provide best practices and expertise to ensure a scalable and high performing environment.{color} &nbsp;
