 The Citrix Support Engineering Institute of Technology (CSEIT) is an exclusive free training event for our support and maintenance agreement customers to learn the latest troubleshooting techniques to support the Citrix application delivery infrastructure. The event provides a unique opportunity to gain real world experience from the experts, who can answer your technical issues and provide you with the power to understand how to do your job more effectively and efficiently. After attending this session you will have an understanding of troubleshooting tools available and ways to deploy Citrix NetScaler.

 This presentation will cover various real case scenarios showing troubleshooting techniques used to resolve common problems encountered with configuration and performance. Issues evaluated will include problems with High CPU, Persistence, and other advanced troubleshooting situations. After this session you will have an understanding of what practices and methodologies are used when working to resolve issues and see how some of the tools previously presented are utilized in real life situations.
