 As a Senior Architect in Technical Readiness, I focus on the readiness efforts associated with XenApp Platinum.&nbsp; For the most part, this means that I coordinate between internal and field teams to ensure that all of our techical audiences have the information that they need prior to release.
  
 I'm passionate about this because I vividly remember what it was like to be a consultant working on a Presentation Server design and not really understanding the feature set for that new version.&nbsp; I want to ensure that no one else experiences that\!
  
  I'm also involved with helping create technical tools, such as the _Technical Guide for Upgrading/Migrating_&nbsp; white paper series.&nbsp; A revised guide is created for each XenApp version, and I hope that it is useful to you.
