  My name is Cris Lau. I'm a Sr. Product Manager on the XenApp (new name for Presentation Server) team. In addition to building a XenApp product to meet the market needs for application delivery, I also focus in&nbsp;the areas of&nbsp;SMB, product security&nbsp;strategy&nbsp;and Unified Communications (IM, VoIP and video conferencing). I joined Citrix in 2004&nbsp;on the MetaFrame Secure Access Manager (MSAM) product.&nbsp;Since that time, I&nbsp;have also worked on the&nbsp;Access Gateway/SSL VPN and the&nbsp;SmartAccess capability. Prior to joining Citrix, I was a product manager at RSA Security.
