I manage the Citrix Developer Network program at Citrix. The evolution of Web 2.0 has created unique challenges for building enterprise 2.0 communities. Web 2.0 is mostly confused to be just about technologies like blogs, wikis, podcast and cool looking pages when in
fact Web 2.0 is a about bringing people together and giving them right tools to collaborate on content and ideas. A part of my job is grow and develop a vibrant Citrix developer community creating solutions on top of Citrix platform. Engaging various partners and ISVs to build and design solutions which will extend the Citrix delivery network. My team manages all Citrix SDKs and APIs. Here are some of the tasks my team performs at Citrix.

• Presenting and Training on Citrix SDKs.
• Working with User Groups to ensure they get adequate support from Citrix.
• Writing sample code for the customers and the developer community.
• Organizing and managing developer events and training at Citrix and other industry conferences.
• Collect developer feedback on all things related to software development on the Citrix platform and funnel it back to engineering.
