Welcome to my profile. I am Principal User Interface Designer in the Citrix Usability Design and Evaluation Team, part of the User Experience Team. I am also a former developer (C++, C#, MFC, WPF) here in Citrix Fort Lauderdale.  Been here since late 1996.  It's been some ride!

I have covered many end-user- and admin-facing components such as XenApp's PN Agent, ICA Client, XenDesktop clients, various administrative consoles (anyone remember appcfg?  CMC?  Etc., etc.), even the Streaming Profiler (which I actually helped code, in addition to taking over some design).  Yeah, blame me all you want.    What I wanted and what I got are, inevitably, two different things.
