Some articles and hotfixes on the support site require a customer login to view. Logging in to access the RSS feed ensures that you are getting feeds for all the content you are entitled to view. I hope this helps!
Oh all the years of pain! XML does the magic! I think someone should write an app that get the content from these feeds and make them available on a citrix server destkop, like a systray app.
