This page is designed to to jumpstart your corporate mobile productivity if your company does not use Citrix, you do not know if they use Citrix or you know they use Citrix but you are having issues connecting to your Company's Citrix environment. The data below can be used to help ask the right questions of your IT department, and give them the information they need to allow you to become more productive while mobile.
The information on this page is split into 2 sections:

My company uses Citrix, but I can't connect, what should I do?

We do not have information about your company's Citrix deployment, and this is question you really need to ask of your company's IT HelpDesk. But the fact that you know your company has Citrix is a good start. Usually issue is related to one of 2 issues:
* Your company's Citrix deployment does not meet the minimum version requirements.
* Your company's Citrix deployment does not include XenApp Services or Program Neighborhood Agent site which is required by several of the mobile Citrix Receivers
* You company does not allow remote access to the Citrix deployment, or does not have a SSL/VPN solution compatible with your device to allow remote access
To help ask the right questions and give your IT HelpDesk the information they need to investigate your request you can copy and paste the below sample email content. Delete and modify the sections between the <>s and send this to your IT help desk. The included links should help them determine if one of the above bullets is related to the issue you are seeing.

Check the address and your network connection". >

Documentation related to the requirements for the Citrix Receiver I am trying to use at

You can also find information related to Citrix's SSL/VPN solution, "Citrix Access Gateway" which is compatible with mobile Citrix Receivers at http://support.citrix.com/proddocs/topic/access-gateway/ag-edocs-landing.html if my issue is related to how I'm connecting to the network.
