Citrix Receiver for iOS

Hi there.
I was wondering if "Citrix Receiver for iPhone" has an URL scheme wich can be used for launching the citrix app from another iPhone application?

Our users love it ! We publish a desktop so every application is available on the iphone. Granted its small and you have to scroll alot, but we advertise it as our desktop in a pinch. Not to be used conventiently or everyday, but in a need to have application scenario where a computer isn't readily available.

I was trying to download flash from the web browser in citrix but it asked for a username and administrator password so i entered in my account password and username but it wouldnt accept it any suggestions

Hi, I needed some help... My company citrix is accessable through webpage... example: i would go on internet explorer and type in "https://companyname.citrix.com" from there I would input my user name and password and select domain..... and press login.. from there, I would access my files, emails etc...

How can I do that with IPHONE? I cannot seem to make it work under the citrix receiver app..............

I got the 'untrusted server certificate' too. We're using GoDaddy's SSL cert.

Hi Guys. You should check the support site. Untrusted cert. issue is not related to the client on the phone but very likely a misconfigured gateway server.

ON the enterprise it says I am supposed to get a text message for a passcode but the text never came. what do you think is going on.

Need to take away requirement for domain. Previous version did not require. Please fix.

we have the citrix on company server. Can we use this iphone app. to access those application which are on the server?

Do we have a PACS or Medi Tech apps demo system that we as field sales can access when we walk into a health care account. I would like nothing more then to walk into the CIO's office and launch one of these apps. These are key apps my customers use and not only do I want to show the mobility of the iphone, but I want them to see themselves in my solution

oes Citrix Receiver on iPhone only works with RSA SecureID OR it supports other 2FA authentication such as Defendar Token OR Active card etc.?

iPhone on the Citrix Reciever new version update to 2.1.1 
Open the AP when the response time is too long will cause can not connect (connection response time for a long time) 
Sometimes able to connect, sometimes not even the 
I ask whether it is necessary to amend the new version of the citrix reciever what settings?

Does the Citrix Receiver work on an iPad?. It will be a great help if it does, so that user can access Windows-based appications used in hospitals.

yes, we'd LOVE to see an ipad app ASAP!!! The bigger screen would make this the ultimate ipad tool!

Hi there,

 I can find no way of installing the iphone receiver using the iPhone Configuration Utility.  Can you only install the iphone receiver from iTunes or is there a way of adding it as an app in the configuration utility and then doing an enterprise rollout if you wanted?  This would in my opinion be a far better way of getting it to your user base than them downloading it themselves or IT having to download it every time.

we have to enter a user name password and the system uses a rsa fob with scrolling digits

I asked the IT team if I could access citrix through my Iphone and they said it wasnt possible and I saw your app this evening. 

I have installed it have entered the details it has requested however it states that the works server has an untrusted certificate?

you programme wont let me go any further... is there anything that can be done? as I know that the cert must be fine.

Does Receiver 2.1 support the use of wildcard certificates ?

Using the Citrix Receiver on either the iPhone or iPad, I open RDP and connect to my desktop in the office. I use the HP Credential Manager on that machine, which brings up a secondary login screen for THAT app. The problem is that the Citrix keyboard will not type uppercase letters, thereby preventing my accessing the machine.

Anyone have/solved a similar issue?

Curious about this solution as well. Seeing the same errors, am using a wildecard cert. Regular web interface works fine, just the recievers are non-functional.

I have an ipad and live in Canada, I downloaded the "Receiver". This was done on the US itunes, but will not install onto my ipad. The app is in itunes . I've tried to sync a couple of times but cannot. Any thoughts on how to do this?

I can access it but the keyboard you have to use within the citrex app does not do capitals even with the shift and caps lock. HELP

Hi, I was able to login to XenApp server from Ipad using Citrix receiver and was also able to see the list of programs. the problem I am facing is that if I was on our company LAN WIFI I am able to run any application, but if I connect using 3G or external WIFI, i.e. not in the company LAN, then I am only able to login and see the list of application but none works. any suggestions are appreciated.

I have a problem in which I upgraded citrix receiver 4.0.1 thru itunes. It then deleted the older version (4.0) from the ipod touch 1G, firmware 3.1.3 that I use, and now I cannot use the new version since the Ipod touch 1G is not supported by IOS 4.0. The previous version works beautifully. Can you post a link for those who have older hardware/firmware not supported by IOS 4.0 or at least make it available in the app store with some kind of check in place so that when I see an upgrade is available, and attempt to upgrade, it will download the correct version for the current firmware running on the device?

Sign into Corporate HTTPS login into Citrix. All applications are loaded and shown properly.

Tap on any of them and the spindle spins forever before returning back to the app list.

Anybody see this behavior? Is there a configuration change we need to make?

I like to write an  application that fits automatical to the correct screen settings on startup. I can read the session infos, but with the receiver i will not get the correct client settings..

I have installed the citrix app and installed 2 certificates on my ipad, but I keep on getting untrusted server certificate.
Someone told me to install a certain p7b certificate but I do not know how to convert this one in a .cer....
