We've been getting a lot of requests for information about a new Receiver for Windows Mobile devices. Can't give you all of data you want just yet, but here's a Sneak Peek of what the team is working on. We'll let you interpret what you're seeing for now, and give us your feedback on where you'd like to see the Roadmap for WinMo Receivers go, what you see that you liked, what you didn't see that you want.

    Hi Tom,

The current WinMo Receiver should would with NetScaler/Citrix Access Gateway if configured to work with mobile devices. Craig Ellrod just did a nice White Paper on how to do this config "Deployment Guide, ICA Proxy for Citrix Receiver, Access Gatway Enterprise Edition". You can find a link to this @ http://community.citrix.com/display/xa/Citrix+Receivers+for+Mobile+Devices under the Tips & Tricks for Administrators section, "Access Gateway Configuration".

This hasn't been released as of 4/22/10 has it? My company just purchased two HTC Imagio phones running WM 6.5 and I just downloaded the newest Receiver 11.5 released 3/19/10, but we still have to use Opera/IE and put in our server to access Citrix. There's no desktop icon/shortcut available as pictured in this video. Any help is greatly appreciate!

      Hi Aly,

The 11.5 release does still require the use of Web Interface and a browser. The functionality of having the icons on the desktop is not in the 11.5 release. While the icon does not appear in the programs list, it is installed and ready to use with the web based interface.
