Migrating to a desktop virtualization environment is something one would expect to take a very long time. And it should because you need to:

1. Understand the environment (users, business, and goals)
2. Understand the solution
3. PoC, Design, Build/Test, Pilot and Rollout
   

This all takes time, and quite a lot of time if you are new to the game. But what if you could get 1,000 users up and running in a desktop virtualization solution within 90 days?  Sounds too good to be true right? 

Wrong.  Actually, because we've been involved with many organizations and implementations, we believe this is possible by following a rapid implementation that still follows the Citrix Consulting methodology.
