The Citrix Receiver desktop plug-in or Desktop Receiver (both used with XenDesktop) allow scaling the remote desktop to any viewable size. HDX MediaStream for Flash supports this scaled mode as well. The Flash content can be scaled to the appropriate size with minimal impact on performance. It even allows you to play videos in scaled mode without affecting the frames per second.
