My name is Juan Rivera. I'm a senior development manager at Citrix Fort Lauderdale. I've been working at Citrix for the past 9 years in various projects and roles. Since 2007, I have been leading project Apollo which later was consolidated into the HDX umbrella.

My team's focus is in developing leading technolgies to improve the delivery of 2D/3D graphics and multimedia content for XenDesktop and XenApp. While I'm part of the XenDesktop organization, a lot of the technologies we develop goes into both products.

Prior to Citrix, I worked as an imaging scientist at Eastman Kodak R&D Labs.

I currently hold an MS from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a BS from the University of Puerto Rico.
