Michelle M Webb's Profile

I am a senior content strategist with the Web Services team at Citrix. I joined the team in April 2007, after 8 years with the Citrix Technical Publications team.

So, what the heck does that mean?

In 1999, I moved to South Florida from Canada, to join the team responsible for (back then) printed manuals, and F1 help. I've written content for almost all the historical products by Citrix (MetaFrame - in all it's names and forms; NFuse Elite/MetaFrame Secure Access Manager; Password Manager). I was promoted to Pubs Manager in 2004, and (I think) helped my team get the docs, as we say, "out the door" for two releases of Presentation Server. When I was asked to help hire new team members for the Web Services team, I decided to throw my hat into the ring. And so, here I am.

And what do I do now? A lot of stuff, all very fast-paced and fun. I'm the contact point to Web Services for several product lines or business groups, depending on what they want our team to do (typically involving a Citrix site). I plan, I give my opinions, and I hope you like it. 'Cause it's not about what we think is cool, it's about what you want and like on our site.

So let us know through our feedback links and posts. We read them and try our best - promise.
