I think this is the most useful post ever!

Seriously it has always been hard for me to find where and what are the latest hotfixes for the Citrix products... but this picture has changed.

With the new revision of Citrix's Support site (support.citrix.com), now it's easier to find  the latest fixes and patchs for your Citrix products.

Here's the list:

Presentation Server 4.5 for Windows Server 2003 - x86

Presentation Server 4.5 for Windows Server 2003 - x64

Presentation Server 4.0 for Windows Server 2003 - x86

Presentation Server 4.0 for Windows Server 2000 - x86

Access Gateway 4.5 Advanced Edition

Access Gateway 8.0 Enterprise Edition

Provisioning Server 4.5

Citrix NetScaler 8.0

Citrix NetScaler 7.0

Citrix WANScaler 4.x


Select the products you have, subcribe to its RSS feed and stay in-sync with all later patches and fixes for it.
This is wicked useful!

too bas they make you have to log on to get an RSS feed, very odd indeed!

I don't think this information is accurate, you do not need to login in order to get the RSS feeds.

if you go to ANY of the rss feeds on support.citrix.com

for example try this one

http://support.citrix.com/rssmustlogin/?rssUrl=/product/ps/v4.5/hotfix/w2k3/

it WILL ask you to logon!

Some articles and hotfixes on the support site require a customer login to view.  Logging in to access the RSS feed ensures that you are getting feeds for all the content you are entitled to view.   I hope this helps!

unfortunately my reader is rather (Mozilla Thunderbird) stupid dealing with these logons. And My office is not able to read news feeds. It's out Luck (maybe this joke works better with German pronounciation)

Maybe it would be even better if you remove logon where ever possible?

Oh all the years of pain! XML does the magic! I think someone should write an app that get the content from these feeds and make them available on a citrix server destkop, like a systray app.
