I've been working in the Software industry since 1987 and have been with Citrix since 1997. 

The majority of my time with Citrix was in the Engineering department where I've held a number of titles from individual contributor in the Live Cycle Maintenance team to VP of Engineering during the early integration of the Net6 acquistition.  I've worked on or led teams in Engineering on a number of Citrix products (WinFrame, MetaFrame, Presentation Server, NFuse Elite, Password Manager, Conferencing Manager, Access Gateway, Secure Gateway).

 Since early 2006 I have been working in our Platform Solutions team as Sr. Director of Technical Solutions Development.  In this role I work with our vast alliance partner ecosystem to help understand their solutions and how we can work with them to improve the overall combined solution for our customers as well as lead the Citrix Ready techincal verification program.
